With the increase of the company's import and export business and the urgent need of customs information and standardized management, Zhongfu Lianzhong started to build CMS (customs management system) and held the project kick-off meeting on April 14, with the participation of the heads of relevant departments, specific operators of customs business and representatives of the software development company. The meeting introduced the project objectives, responsibility distribution, implementation plan, process management and implementation control. Wang Tongbing, deputy general manager of the company, attended the meeting and made a summary speech.

Wang Tongbing pointed out that the development of customs management system is a hard condition for customs certification, and also provides support and guarantee for the company's import and export business. In order to further promote the implementation of the project, he put forward three requirements: first, to improve the ideological understanding and strengthen the emphasis on the development of customs management system; second, to be based on their own duties and due diligence, each business department should actively cooperate with the planning and arrangement of the project team; third, to strengthen the communication with the project implementer, push forward according to the plan node, and ensure the smooth launch of the customs management system.

The General Administration of Customs will implement the new version of AEO certification standard of customs from January 1, 2019, which requires a standardized information system. The customs management system can realize the functions of recording, tracing, querying, analyzing and warning for customer management, contract management, financial management, customs management and logistics management, improve the management efficiency of enterprises in customs affairs, control the review, transmission of customs declaration materials and declaration of customs brokers, and effectively reduce labor cost, labor error rate and customs factory inspection risk.
