With the launch of Zhongfu Lianzhong SRM system, the company's procurement business has gradually switched to the SRM system. In order to ensure that the SRM system plays an active role in the procurement business coordination, on April 30, the company organized suppliers in and around the city to carry out the first phase of SRM (supplier management platform) system operation training, and more than 60 suppliers participated in the on-site training.

This training lasts for 2.5 hours. According to the business sequence, the training teacher of the project team explains several business modules, such as supplier inquiry management, bidding management, contract management, logistics coordination, financial coordination, etc. In order to achieve the training effect, the trainer uses a large number of examples to thoroughly and carefully teach the functions and operation specifications of SRM platform, and emphasizes the operation skills at some key function points. The training representatives of suppliers listen carefully and record by taking photos, videos and notes, so as to facilitate subsequent digestion and absorption.

The launch of SRM system means that Zhongfu Lianzhong intelligent supply chain stands on a new starting line. This training not only familiarized the suppliers with the operation specifications of the SRM system of the company, but also gave them a more in-depth understanding of the vision of Zhongfu Lianzhong to build a "business open, process controlled, full online, permanent traceability" sunshine procurement platform.
